Vallourec: seven countries certified Great Place to Work®!
At Vallourec, the voice of our employees is essential. Last October, we conducted our first Group-wide Great Place to Work® survey, a key step in assessing and strengthening our corporate culture.
Inspiring results
With an overall participation rate of 77%, our employees across 16 countries shared their ideas and experiences. 75% of respondents felt it was a great place to work, and 81% had a positive perception of the management team and its work.
This feedback confirms our commitment to a working environment where everyone can flourish. Safety and Quality were particularly highly rated by employees, reflecting Vallourec’s ongoing commitment to a safe and healthy workplace.
Seven countries certified, a source of collective pride
We are pleased to announce that six of our countries have been awarded Great Place to Work® certification, thanks to particularly outstanding results. Here they are:
- China (CHN), where 80% of employees think Vallourec is a great place to work.
- Indonesia (IDN), where 82% of respondents feel that their role contributes significantly to the company’s success.
- Saudi Arabia (KSA), where 82% of respondents appreciate collaboration and team spirit.
- Singapore (SG), where health and safety are particularly valued, with a score of 86%.
- United Arab Emirates (UAE), where 81% of respondents trust their managers.
- USA where 74% of employees say they are proud to work for Vallourec.
- UK, where 85% of employees feel that the company’s decisions are fair and that they are treated fairly.
This recognition testifies to the work done to promote an engaging and inclusive work environment.
