Acknowledging decades of commitment and excellence
On November 19th, Cine Theatro Brasil hosted an exciting celebration: the “Jubileu Vallourec” (Vallourec Jubilee). This event was an opportunity to pay tribute to our employees who have celebrated 25, 35 and 40 years of commitment to Vallourec in Brazil, between 2023 and 2024.
This decades-long tradition reaffirms the Group’s commitment in Brazil to valuing the employees who are the very essence of its history. Together with their families, these honored guests were recognized for their work, commitment and contributions that help Vallourec to continue to write its successful history in Brazil and around the world.
Rosileia Pinheiro is part of the CSC team and has completed 35 years at Vallourec. She was the speaker at the celebration and transmitted a beautiful message representing all of the employees completing company aniversaries:
Over the years, we have grown together. We have witnessed many changes (yes, we have been through several), but with each challenge, we have become even stronger. Just like the steel we produce, we have been heated, molded, tested and, overcoming each difficulty, our essence has been polished to excellence. Every one of us, in every sector, recognizes the value of striving for continuous improvement, and this is what drives us every day to deliver our best.
Our journey has been marked by commitment, unity, innovation, friendship and respect. Today, we look to the past with pride and to the future with hope. We know that our experience and history will inspire generations to come. And in the present, we feel complete, because here, together, we have built a life that fills us with joy! Yes, we are very happy to be here!
