What is Leadership Mahoning Valley?
Leadership Mahoning Valley is a program designed to identify, educate, and motivate community leaders to address the challenges facing the Mahoning Valley. The program offers a series of lectures, tours, and hands-on activities to help participants gain a better understanding of the region’s programs, services, businesses, and institutions. Participants develop their personal leadership skills, enhance their self-awareness, and strengthen their teamwork, productivity, and communication abilities.
