Casing & Tubing
Vallourec manufactures a full range of steel grades, both API and proprietary:
- High yield grades up to 150 ksi
- High collapse grades and heavy wall pipe

VAM® Premium Connections
VAM® connections are designed to be liquid- or gas-tight to ensure that wells maintain their integrity during the most challenging operations. Threaded & coupled, with flush or semi-flush integral connections, VAM® connections are designed for every well profile. VAM® 21 has been tested to the most stringent performance requirements (API RP 5C5: 2017 CAL IV) and has the highest proven technical performance of any connection on the market.
Applications

- Deepwater (for example, in the Gulf of Mexico, offshore Brazil and West Africa)
- High Pressure/High Temperature (HP/HT) in the North Sea and Southeast Asia

Hydrocarbon Processing projects require a wide variety of seamless steel pipes. Vallourec is proud to offer the widest dimensional range of seamless carbon steel and alloy steel pipes.
Vallourec supplies both EPCs (Engineering, Procurement & Construction companies) and international distributors with seamless pipes for new builds, maintenance and refurbishment, and MRO project requirements.
Vallourec has a strong track record in this area and has supplied projects around the world for the following applications:
